Viktor Zagreba and Maksym Shulga, experts of the "Vision Zero" NGO, as part of the "For Safe Roads" campaign, developed the "Analytical report on penalty systems for violating the Traffic Rules in Ukraine and international practice." The customer and publisher of the report is the Center for Democracy and the Rule of Law, which has already held a public presentation and discussion of this report . The purpose of the report is to inform society about the punishment system and the need to help advocate for changes that will reduce the level of death and injury on Ukraine's roads. The report contains an overview of the theory of punishments in the road safety system, recommended punishment tools, and also examines the actual situation with the availability of various tools in the national legal systems of Ukraine and 4 other countries.
