The conference had an international status due to the participation of distinguished representatives from the European Union, who held several interesting presentations and speeches on successful traffic safety management practices in the Union countries. Our organization presented the concept of the safety belt project at the conference and participated in discussions and exchange of ideas. The concept received positive feedback from other public organizations and representatives of the Mission, so we hope to implement it as a pilot project in cooperation with the National Police units in one of the districts of the Lviv region. Traffic safety is the focus of attention of EUAM in Lviv
The non-governmental organization "Vision Zero" took part in the conference on road safety, which was held on February 3, 2022 by the European Union Consultative Mission ( EUAM ). Since 2021, the Mission has a permanent representative office in Lviv, which is responsible for the western regions of Ukraine, and also since 2021, the Mission's mandate includes cooperation with the public sector in the direction of traffic safety.
