The non-governmental organization "Vision Zero" and the state enterprise "Scientific Research and Design and Technological Institute of Urban Economy" invite:

• representatives of municipal electric public transport enterprises;
• representatives of local governments responsible for preparing technical specifications for the design of electric transport infrastructure;
• engineers, representatives of design companies;
• representatives of public organizations;
• manufacturers of rolling stock, special parts and components

- for the presentation and discussion of the proposed version of DBN V.2.3-18:20ХХ "Transport structures. Tram and trolleybus lines. General requirements for design." This is the third consultation meeting in the process of developing the document.

The event will take place on October 14, 2026 (Wednesday) from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM in an online format.

At the meeting, there will be an opportunity to learn about the main proposed innovations in the new edition of the DBN. In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Building Standards", the proposed edition of the DBN text is based on the priority of parametric and target standardization methods . The work took as an example the standards and practice of designing and operating tram and trolleybus lines in the Czech Republic, Poland, Germany, Italy and some other European countries.

• Presentation “10 innovations of the proposed revision of DBN V.2.3-18” , speaker Viktor Zagreba (NGO “Vision Zero”);
• Comments and additions from project specialists: Igor Satin , Volodymyr Kryvulya (SE "NDKTI MG"), Yuriy Lozovenko , Anton Gagen (NGO "Vision Zero");

A file with a draft of the DBN text will be sent to registered participants by email on October 12, 2026, so that they can review it before the event.
